PRICES

All prices exclude VAT which will be added at the current rate.  We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice and goods will be invoiced at the ruling price on the date of dispatch.

SETTLEMENT

Our normal trading terms are payment with order

CARRIAGE

Carriage is free on all orders over £50 otherwise £3.65.

CLAIMS

Customer claims for shortages or breakages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

NON RECEIPT

Customers must advise of non receipt of goods within 7 days of placing an order.

TITLE 

The title in property supplied by Hilary Supplies shall remain invested in the company until payment has been received.
